they increase rates to 30 dollar flat rate when there is an event nearby! and that's not listed on their website. They don't have it posted when you drive into the parking ramp, but as soon as you get to gate it shows the event price is 30 Dollars. Park near Roger centre instead at parking half the price
Terrible parking lot, will avoid at all costs moving forward! Line up of cars trying to get out was crazy and waiting 45 mins only to have every car exceed their payment time vs getting out allocated time. The attendant kept having to be called, why wouldn’t he just stay there the whole time?
Parked here while going to see elton john. Parking was fine, but it took over an hour to get out of the lot. I don't mind the wait, its toronto, but what I don't appreciate is the attitude and snarky remarks from the security guard. It was 12:15am, I was already tired and patiently waiting, go up to put in my ticket, and it asks me to pay, after i had already payed. But apperently there is a only 10 min grace period, meaning that you have 10 mins to get out. What baffles me, is the indecency and disrespect shown as i expressed my concern about having to pay again. I did not pay 25 bucks to wait an hour or to be disrespected. nor should it be a surprise when people ask questions. Honestly For a concert or a game? I wouldn't park here. But if it was during the day i might come back.
Pay at the pay station before you return to the vehicle. Weekend is full day rate which is 25$. Easy access from this location to metro convention center, Union station, CN tower etc. Most of the time parking is full but can find a spot. Use stairs or evelator to come up and bother stairs and elevators are clean and safe.
Completely disorganized. Charged my friend $85 for a parking pass when they were doing construction and therefore parking was free until it was finished. At the time she didn't know this and the lady working the stand still charged her. Extremely hard to contact and just very disorganized, don't park here, avoid at all costs.
the lot is a labyrinth. parking was easy, getting out and finding my car was far harder. paying was a little confusing just swipe/tap — no ticket but easy after i figured it out. in short: please add more signage.
Nice parking with EV charging stations. Near all attractions entertainment district. The only reason I’m giving it a 4-star is for the price 30$ for a couple of hours + our charging station fee inside. If you’re ok paying that price I would recommend it!
I was there for about 4 hours and on the reservation page it had indicated that the rate was a maximum of $22, when I picked up my car they billed me almost $45, they justified themselves by saying that they had special rates at night and on some days between week they were on your page, scam, avoid this parking lot
$15 flat rate on Sundays which is reasonable because of its proximity to the CN Tower and Ripley’s aquarium. However, our parking ticket was not being accepted by the reader today even though we had already paid for it. We were met with hostility from a man who supposedly worked at the parking garage. He was extremely condescending and rude. We ended up having to pay again which was a hassle. Hopefully no one else runs into this issue!
Parking spots are spacious and wide enough for half ton pickups. Rates posted in my picture below.
