Green Bar

I've been here lots of times since they very first opened (back in the Green Smoothie Bar days) and remember trying their fresh apple smoothie at an art crawl before they even opened. I love coming here for the smoothies, it's a longer walk for sure when booster juice and Starbucks are both more accessible but it's the customer service and taste that keep me coming back. Today I walked in a 7:10, I went to the counter and lined up behind a couple, they paid and I waited to order. And waited. I waited 15min. I get it, she was making their drinks, but I did not get a hello, a smile or even a raised finger to acknowledge I was there. I work every day in a service focused field and know that time pressures happen, but that is really disappointing and shows a lack of care for their customers. The kicker is that right after I sat down a dude in a suit walked up and she ran over to take his order right away (even though she was making my drink). The other employee was off in the back, I'm guessing cleaning and preparing the restaurant to close. Guys seriously, I'm a huge fan and will always recommend your smoothies to everyone but you have got to train your employees better. $11 for a smoothie goes down easier with a smile/basic acknowledgment.

This place is fantastic. I am not a vegan and ate their vegan mac and cheese. It was so good and was close to the real thing. I ordered the small purple monster drink, and the cashier forgot but when my brother asked her again she gave me a large instead of the small from her mistake. I didn't even realize that she did that for me. The drink was really good. This place has given me a new appreciation for properly prepared vegan food.

Delicious! Food has generous portions and is fresh, bright, and filling. The baked goods are a touch pricey but SO delicious that it's absolutely worth it. I'm addicted to their chocolate chip cookies. I recommend it to all my vegan and non vegan friends alike!

The food here is great. It’s unfortunate that the service is not. Be prepared to wait a long time for food. I waited around half an hour for my food. I felt like they completely forgot about my order until I asked them about it. Probably around 10 people who ordered food after me got their food before I did. I watched the same hostess take someone’s order while also trying to use an extremely loud blender. They should definitely reconsider where they keep their blenders. At the very least they should be on the back counter and not next to the till.

This place was recommended and as a local business owner I was anxious to try it out. When the food arrived, one of the plates was not what it was supposed to be. Things happen, I understand completely. Unfortunately when the issue was raised the staff was less than caring and made ZERO attempt to correct it. After nearly 15 minutes of being ignored, we just got up and left our food untouched. Very disappointed with the customer service Follow-up response: Thank you Kaitlyn in your rapid reply. There is no need to call me regarding what happened. I understand things sometimes do go wrong, its inevitable. Please use this experience as an opportunity to reinforce to the staff the importance of customer service. Thank you!
