I came in on November 7 and the service was great. I didn’t have to wait at all and I left with my hair feeling extremely soft and silky. Thank you Jessica for the lovely results.

Second time here and will never return. The staff are not customer friendly, and cuts are horrible. Yesterday my daughter went for a trim, and a section of her hair is a good inch shorter than the rest. Poor quality, poor customer service....

Husband took my toddler son to get a hair cut at the beginning of spring -HORRIBLE. ( male employee). I took him back and Jessica fixed his hair ( good hair dresser) and we got a free hair cut certificate. I should have used the certificate and requested Jessica although I didn't ( got a blue haired girl) again HORRIBLE. I'm so over this place that I took my son elsewhere to get his haircut corrected. Will never return. If you decide to go, request Jessica.

I've been here many times with my kids always get a great haircut except the staff was so rude to her fellow co worker, i was sitting in the waiting area when i heard the assistant manager was talking to her co-worker she was so rude and disrespectful to her co-worker.. she shouldn't be an assistant if she don't have patients and she should give respects to her staff..My family friend was right when she told me about her last visit in this location that the assistant manager is rude to her son he got yelled by sitting on the chair and told my 5 year old the cost of the chair is 600$ if he breaks it! She is not a good assistant manager. .SHE IS A BULLY!! Not going back again!
