Bailey's Hair Design

This will be the second time that I have gone to Bailey's. The first time they were 20 minutes late to open the store, and the haircut was rushed. The second time I went to Bailey's they were over 40 minutes late to open. I even called the owners cellphone # and spoke to him directly. Bailey told me he would try to find out why they hadn't opened the location yet and call me back. Never bother to call me back. I don't know how this place stays in business. Extremely unprofessional. I will most certainly not be wasting my time or hard earned money at this place.

I went to this place today with my mother. My mother asked for a simple line up and when she went into the chair (male in the first chair with dreads) he asked my mother what she wanted and she replied with "line up" he asked her again if she wanted a cut and she said no. My mother then proceeded to say she didn't want him to cut her hair and to follow the line up, he then replied with "maybe you should let someone else cut your hair because you seem uncomfortable" which made no sense to either of us because we already said what we wanted. He began to give attitude and told my mother that she should just come back when the other barber is here. When she got up he said "you don't have to run out of my chair, it was just a question" even though he already said what he said.. very confused. She got up and said thank you and he replied with "you're not welcome". He is very rude and my mother has only been there once before so for him to disrespect her for saying what she wanted made no sense. I would not recommend this place. On top of that there was one other barber who was right beside him who said absolutely nothing to him when he began to be rude. 0/5 stars.

i'd give 6 stars if i could, been going there for years. very friendly guy, nice atmosphere, hairline's always on point.
