The associate was extremely rude over the phone. I need help with a matt in my hair and they said I just need to brush it out. If they'd told me they could help me, there would have been a wash and trim and a huge tip for them. I called the place down the street at Smart Centres and they were much more polite. It must be nice to be so successful you'd refuse a client.

Walked in this morning with my fiance. Got nothing but a major attitude so we walked right back out!! If you dont like ur job give it to someone else! !! Will not be going back!

Been here two or three times now & they can never get it right. Clearly the only thing they care about is when they're clocking out. It's like they’re hired off the streets & training is a youtube video

They treat you well if you pay them. The adult fee was $15 yet they told me it's gonna be $16.99 + tax. Either don't listen or unaware of current trends. They gave me a hairstyle from the 80s
