They have convenient on-line booking to reserve a spot or check for wait times.  However, you also get quick service - within 10 minutes usually for walk-ins. I take my sons here to get their hair cut a few times a year.  The prices are reasonable but the quality of your haircut depends on which stylist you get as some stylists are noticeably better than others.  It's a little hit or miss but not so bad that I don't keep going back.
