Good clean casino. Not a large casino but has slots and table games. You can find a minimum bet $15 on some tables and the odd minimum $10 bet table . The staff are friendly and the food is very good (better than most other casinos in Ontario  like Ramma, Windsor, etc).  When there's a dinner special expect long lines because not a very big area but it's worth the wait. If don't want to wait in line for the buffet,  can eat at the bar and order from the menu and food from the menu also very good.

Chill atmosphere. I'll drive down here just to walk around sometimes and watch some games. Very safe, employees are lovely and very helpful. Food is good (buffet is a must). Drinks are decent prices.

Everyone who works here is always helpful, and very friendly. A great place to go if you are looking for fun and to spend some money. Bathrooms are always clean, or being cleaned. Don't eat at the buffet, it's not worth the money, and not many choices.

The Great Blue Heron Casino is very low key not like other  large busy casinos that I've been to. Getting to the casino on Scugog  Island is easy and on what is basically a relaxing country road. People at the casino are friendly and I often chat with "neighbours" while at slot machines. The staff is also friendly and helpful and "jackpot" payouts by them is usually quick and personal! A very good buffet lunch too. A nice place to visit. Also check out nearby Port Perry, you'll enjoy that as well. 😃

Go there for buffet which was on special for only $19.9 with king crab and roast beef. Great food. Great service.
