The staff are always friendly and helpful. The snack bar has good food. They have two different slots rooms so it’s not just bingo. I really like it there.

While not what everyone goes there for, the snack bar has reopened Thursday through Sunday - the food is a fair price and delicious! If you are over 18 I would absolutely stop by for lunch, dinner, date night or a snack and a little fun at the bingo hall!

Very disappointed in your management on February 24/2024.nI am a regular customer and the fact that it was 9:10 pm and you couldn't sell a pop to me at that time is ridiculous.nYou claim you cashed out. Still open for 40 more minutes. Could have sold a pop shameful.

A little soured right now regarding this business. There's at least half a dozen spots in prominent locations on or around the entrance that state the business is open 7 days a week. When I arrived on a Monday I found the doors locked. When I called to inquire why the doors are locked when they are open 7 days a week I was informed they had a message on their digital sign informing the public that they were closed on Mondays. One side of the sign doesn't work and yes the other side did contain the message closed Mondays, but it was only displayed for about 5 Seconds during a 5 minute Loop.  I don't imagine many people sit in their cars waiting for the sign to scroll through all the messages before they get out to go into the business. There's absolutely no reason why they couldn't have just printed the message on a few sheets of paper and posted them to the entry doors.

I'm very disappointed in this bingo hall. My aunt and I were only 6 minutes late and they wouldn't even sell us cards after driving an hour where everywhere else in Ontario would sell you carts even if you are 6 minutes late and they start at 6:30 instead of 7:00 like every other bingo hall in Ontario
