Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

I haven't visited a Swiss Chalet in over five years, but was gifted a $25 coupon, so I thought "why not?" Ordering online was simple enough. When I went to go pick up the food, however, I watched a few people grab their orders and go while I was still waiting around. I guess someone had already brought out my order without telling the poor cashier where they hid it, so they bag had been sitting around (not on heat) for a bit. The online menu says that the veggie burger comes topped, but I received just a patty on a bun; nothing on it. Unsurprisingly, the fries were cold when I got home. I mean, it's Swiss Chalet, you can't expect the highest level of care/attention to detail. I look forward to my next visit in 5+ years.

Best spring rolls in town. Good staff and always clean. Prices keep going up and I can not afford it anymore but it was a great place to eat!

Got deluxe dinner for two delivered Got half the meal frys looked/tasted old Definitely not worth $40 Recommend swiss chalet to get their shot together

Service was excellent. Food was okay. Prices are too expensive.

Waited 2 hours for delivery of our food. We called and we were told that the worker was getting the manager... we waited on “hold” for 25 minutes... we hung up. Awful service. Suggest not getting the food delivered. It was cold when it showed up here.
