Fast Friendly service, cleanest fastfood restaurant ever! Kim was happy to make my sandwich the way i like it. I will keep coming back for sure!

Amazing service, I was in and out in less than 5 mins. Steve served me today, he was funny and knowledgeable. Sold me on the chicken pizziola. What a great sub! Thanks Steve, I’ll be back!

This store is very clean, and they always make their food right. At lunch it can get busy during the week but they are appropriately staffed for this. My favourite subway location in St. Catharines

*****update: after everything I wrote and experienced the owner zeros in on price *** no mention of staff clearly was on something and like I mentioned I have the recipe do you need me to PROVE what location I was at ? Do you need me to give names , the date , the times? Really I’d think you would want more details on the staff issue not the price discrepancy******to add insult to this horrible experience he asks me if I’m sure it was this location Wow .do you not have cameras ? Do you not realize one of your staff was on drugs????????? If there was a zero star I would give that instead of a one star . I will Never step foot inside this establishment again . I don’t want to hear from the owner nor anyone affiliated with this location as I want nothing to do with it . Worst experience ever two week ago with receipt for proof . Staff member was on some sort of mind altering drug .Was talking rubbish to me the entire time, weaving in and out of stories and making comments under his breath. At one point I texted my husband to come in but he thought I was kidding . The worker then asked me if I was in a hurry ? And why was I using my phone ? Nonsense rubbish talk about nothing , he was rambling out of his mind and not even coherent . He then left to go in the back to get a knife to cut the subs but the knives were in plain site on the counter , I waited and waited and he finally came out and cut the subs incorrectly and wrapped each sub in multiple pieces of paper and then tried to stuff the THREE subs in a bag with all the papers in the way and one sub was hanging out of the paper . I couldn’t even speak I was so flabbergasted. I truly thought I was on candid camera . As he handed me the bag he said “ this May result in a write up” I don’t have any idea what he was on or mumbling and why he used multiple sheets to half ass wrap the subs but the other worker clearly could hear this all going on and she didn’t come out of the kitchen to relieve him or relieve me ! Never again and my family and friends know not to go there either inCase they encounter this incoherent worker . Oh and it’s 3 subs for 20.00 he charged me 23.00 plus tax because he didn’t ring them in properly so I paid more . Contacted head office of subway and didn’t hear back from themfc
