I stayed at the Delta hotel for 3 nights on a work trip and had to wait a few hours between my flight and the room being ready. Bernadette took amazing care of our team and we came back every night for a drink just to see her. She remembered our orders and had it ready for us when we got back! Amazing service 100% recommend her

This is a great destination whether you're staying overnight or just visiting the casino. The hotel was comfortable, the common areas were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming. The staff provided excellent customer service throughout my visit. I look forward to returning in the future.

The vibes there was pretty good and honestly I think it has the most slots available. Table games are probably the most of all the casinos in Vancouver.

From beginning to end, it was disaster experience. First of all, there was ONLY 1 staff at guest servise and bunch of customer she has to take care of it ALL BY HERSELF. However, she was so nice and try to be as fast as possible. The lady, who was working at bar downstairs was extremely rude and not even little smile she gave to us. We came here to have fun and spend some time, but we ended up being exhausted from the all of the situation. If you are planing to come and spend some time at casino, just DONT

Like rest of casinos here in lower mainland  the service on the floor is most terrible!!!nDoesn't the casino make enough $ from us!!! I know i never win, never!! I go on average once a month  and lose !!!nThe best ones to go are Starlight casino bc on weekends there's entertainment and dancing, and also go to have dinner b4 dancing.nOtherwise, SERIOUSLY,  dont bother going to casino anymore because it takes your money way tooo fast these day. Not even abit if bonus to stretch your money for hanging out. $1,000 last me anywhere from 1-3 hrs. Bet are $1.76 - $10. Doesn't last.
