I think the best place to stay while visiting Vancouver or even if you live here and just want a night or weekend stay-cation. Easy access to highway, local shops and restaurants. Atlas steak and fish restaurant is amazing. Casino, Personas is kid friendly restaurant in the casino with an amazing patio in the summer time. Live music and DJ. Dancing. Food and service is great.
Comfortable stay, friendly service from front staff. Location about 40 minutes public transport from airport two trains plus walking / Lyft. Rooms served well. There is a constant fan - unsure if you can turn the fan off, but you can change the temperature. Starbucks in the lobby, McDonalds nearby, and mall about 1.5 kilometers bus or walk.
Decent rooms, excepting the fridge which was so loud I had to unplug it. Not sure what other people are complaining about with the breakfast options, they were fine.nnMajor points off for an AI front desk when you call the place, I am a native English speaker who enunciates clearly, and the thing can still barely understand what I'm asking at any given time. I can only imagine the hell that anyone with the faintest accent gets put through. All it successfully did was put me in a bad mood by the time I was actually speaking to an agent.

Stayed at this hotel in November with my partner, and we got scabies. We both tracked down our previous sleep stays, and we narrowed it down to the hotel stay unfortunately. We hadn’t stayed anywhere else previously or afterwards that weren’t our home.nWe contacted the hotel via email and they phoned my partner as he was the one who made the booking, and told him they would open an investigation and contact previous guests, to ask if they also have symptoms of scabies or anything related. We didn’t hear anything back for just over a month until I emailed again, following up.They phoned my partner the next day and said they didn’t find any evidence of scabies. We asked what they did to investigate and they said all they did was ask their cleaners and cleaning company if they “saw” any scabies. We asked if they did contact previous guests and they said no. Scabies isn’t visible on bedding, so this “investigation” was completely pointless.nI have now been forced to miss work due to the severity of the scabies. Both my partners and I’s body are physically ruined due to scabbing. I am very disappointed in the way they handled this situation, we weren’t necessarily expecting anything in return, but scabies is a very severe disease and it is so easily spreadable. I wish they actually kept their word and contacted previous guests to see if anyone else is experiencing this.
