I was surprised how run down this area is. This used to be one of the venues used by Expo '86 and it's prime waterfront real estate too. There was lots of rust and paint peeling all over the building and surrounding landscape. I was sad to see Vancouver's history left to the ash heap of history.

Edge water casino, cruise ships,  walk distance quite much for public commute.

Now known as Harbour Event Centre. Huge dance floor, many DJ's use this venue. Mostly used by Solid Events. Stage setup looks great.
