I discovered Gourmeyeur last summer 2021 while looking for some dry-aged quality beef, in both Laval and Montreal Gourmeyeur is in Laval, to throw on my grill. Since then, it is my go-to shop for quality meat. But they do not have just meat: they have plenty of other well-made food items as well. I do also regularly order their lovely creative tartares of which, "Le Bison" and "Le Duck" are my favourite, but they are all good. Gourmeyeur is an all-rounder great ingredients, great food, great service!
It simply isn't possible to find a place that rivals the high quality products that Gourmeyeur offers. They are devoted to offering the best be sure to try their home-made products!
Best Tartar in town; according to most people in town and Lama : Ditto for the Bavette de veau, grilled veggies and Chicken!
The Duck is the best tartare i have ever tasted.
