2/3 visits here were horrible. The last time I asked for a coffee and cup of water for my 4-year-old son. The staff refused to give me a paper cup and instead poured 1/4 cup of water in a mug. She then said I had to drink it at the counter. I then noticed they had the same Costco water bottles that Costco charges .25cents for. I asked for a bottle. She said it was $2.92. I practically burst out in laughter. I walked over to Freshslice in the same food court and bought a bottle of Dasani for $1.40. When I ended up drinking the coffee a few minutes later in was bland and watery. I'll never return to this business again. You're better off to visit the nearby A&W--cheaper, better coffee, and way better service. The only reason I didn't this time was that it was closed for Xmas eve.
2nd time trying their drinks and they're tasty. Just had the Canadian mocha. Glad they put in some salt to bring out the flavor. Latte art was well done too!
The lady/ owner? So friendly. She's a hard worker too. Coffee is great. Desserts are awesome. Love to sit and play keno there. There are a few tables. Like a good court.
I asked for little hot water to pour in in My Cup foe baby formula and she said she will charge me $0.50. I found out ridiculous.
Located in the food court of the Royal City Centre. Service was good and the coffee was pretty tasty.
We happened to be in the mall where this store was located. I saw the lotto sign and 25 million jackpot so I decided to get a ticket. They weren't busy but the service is slow and confusing. Two whys you can enter the line up and buy things. I can't say anything about the drinks cause I didn't get one. But I see they sell pop and juices in a bottle. Coffee, tea and soup. For lottery they have scratch tickets, printed lottery and keno which explains the seatings they have. They don't sell lottery tickets until after 930 am according to a sign.
