Very professional and helpful folks at this location. Helped me while I was passing by Oakville to Chicago. Took my vehicle in right away and helped me. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Educated me on a few things about my car as well.

After getting an oil change here last year, I dropped off my 2000 Chrysler 300m with transmission issues. Within minutes, Kwan diagnosed the potential problem, gave me a time frame and an estimate. Called the next morning, all problems fixed, and almost half of what he quoted me. He does a thorough job and is honest with all of his pricing. He'll be the only person looking after my car from now on.

Honest & fast! I arrived early in the morning (8am) with my "check engine" light blinking. The service rep brought me in immediately to do a quick check at no cost. Turns out it was just a faulty sensor. He promised to call me at work with a quote to replace it as soon as the auto part service opened at 9am. At 9:10 he called to give me a firm quote that was just $30 in labour above the cost of the sensor (and the price on the sensor was spot-on for an online auto part supply I checked). I dropped my car off at 11am; it was done at 1pm. I compared costs at Canadian Tire - it would have been $120 for the error check + $60 for the labour, PLUS the car would have been in the shop 24 hours. The staff don't speak english terribly well, but they're respectful of my time, honestly priced, and extraordinarily fast. I'll be bringing all my future repairs to them.

Great experience! Price was reasonable and they got the job done quickly. I would highly recommend Gorski Auto Centre and will certainly go back the next time I need some work done!
