I really don't know where to start! This place literally saved me from stress! I own a Toyota Highlander, I call her Emma; every time I reverse my car, she was making this weird humming noise; I took her to Toyota dealer and was told; it would cost me over $1,200 to fix or......???? since Emma is 11 years old, there is no point putting money into fixing her.... well, well, well... I didn't give up on mi Emma! I needed a second opinion but the question was, where the hell you find honest mechanic? ever since I have lost my honest, true mechanic Goreski for cancer, it has been a hell ride for me....finally, the creator heard my cry. guess what? my Emma is alive and well! she cost me only $156, the bloody noise has been gone! Well Gary's Auto-shop - here I come! you are a keeper!!

This is my first time writing a review for any service yet alone an automotive shop. I take very good care of my vehicles and am picky with who I entrust to work on them. After growing tired (and leery) of dealership service, we brought our vehicle to Gary's after reading all the favourable on-line reviews. I was not disappointed. They typically have loaner vehicles but they were all out so Austin gave me a ride to work. Austin called me 45 minutes later and clearly explained the issue with my vehicle's brakes, what was required, and an exact price. He also quoted me a fair price on replacement tires. When I returned to the shop, not only was the work completed but my vehicle had been cleaned inside and out. Austin even took the time to fill out a tire rebate card AND a tire warranty card as he felt my original tires failed prematurely. Not sure what the result will be with the warranty but clearly this service was above and beyond what I expected. Needless to say, I will be back for all my automotive needs. Thanks to Gary, Austin and all the dedicated staff. Brad Mitchell

I woke up on Monday to my car refusing to start, and immediately signed up for CAA membership for the towing benefits. After waiting the 48 hours required, I had my car towed to Gary's to have them take a look at it. On Thursday morning I received a call from the shop telling me that the car started up no problem, and no issues could be found, although the car is not in the greatest shape body-wise (rusting badly). I was advised that I should no longer put money into repairs, and should start looking to buy a new car. When I asked what the charge for diagnostics would be, Gary kindly told me not to worry about it and that there would be no charge. He wished me a Merry Christmas and sent me on my way. I cannot express how grateful I was as a student to not incur any additional charges and for the truly honest advice I was given. This would have been a perfect situation to take advantage of me by recommending unnecessary repairs. I have found my new mechanic shop, thanks to the honesty and excellent service I received there. I highly recommend this place to females especially, as I have often been given the run around at other shops as a female myself. Thanks so much Gary, and Merry Christmas to you too!

We used to take our vehicles to the dealership. However, we never got the service or care and attention we liked. We wanted to find a local mechanic, so we tried Garys' auto after reading the reviews and only have great things to say about them. Austin and Gary care about their customers, they are honest in their assessments and pricing and on bigger jobs lend me a car for the day. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends.
