Good service. Small business. These guys know what they're doing. I moved to Mississauga, but still make the drive to have my major repairs and regular maintenance done by them. I love that Mark is willing to talk talk me through the various repairs that are needed - suggesting different options. My vibe had issues with the Oxygen sensor, I asked if he could simple give it a clean instead of me having to buy a new one. He did just that, fixed the issue (engine light on) saving me money on buying a new part :) As a person that is wary of mechanic shops, I am happy to go to one I can trust - OAC Auto. One year I did a huge amount of travelling in my car, and was frequently getting Oil changes. I used Canadian Tire, Jiffy Lube, Valvoline, and OAC all in a short period of time, and ended up getting fed lies about my Transmission fluid being broken down and dirty, from all except OAC. I ended up asking a friend about it after having it done, and he let me know there was nothing wrong with it, and showed me what it should look like. I was actually starting to think something was wrong with my transmission.. was great to know that OAC has never tried to scam me on Transmission fluid. I've always been able to verify what they've said to me, and in some cases they'll take me into the back and show me what the problem is, which to me is a sign of a great mechanic shop. I've given these guys some interesting and unusual challenges in the past when weird things happen to my car -, they always find a way to solve the problem. Anyways, I have too many stories to count. I've been using these guys for at least 7 years now. I will keep going back.

If I could give 6 stars I would! Their customer service is the best I've seen in a long time. A friend recommended OAC to me after hearing about the issues I had with my Jeep and that another shop couldn't figure out what the problem was. I brought it to OAC and the guys diagnosed the issue right away. There were some issues with a part that was installed by another shop and oac went above and beyond to get my Jeep on the road again! Thank you!!

Couldn't ask for a better mechanic. Mark is phenomenal. He always gives you options that fit what you need and his service times are awesome. All my vehicles go to OAC and I'm happy to have them as my mechanics. They were recommended to me by family and I am now recommending them to family. If you want honest work at a fair price then Mark is your guy.
