Avoid this company if you can. Doubled my insurance premium on renewal in 2024 on my rx 350 and wanted me to get a car tracker from a 3rd party company affiliated to them despite the fact that I have my personal anti-theft device that is much more effective than theirs. I cancelled that auto policy with them and they kept on debiting me 2 months after the effective cancellation date despite the fact that I had no contract with them. They are fast to fraudulently debit without an underlying contract and it takes forever to get a refund.

Do not use this company.!nnThey would not cover my auto claim even when I was not at faultnnThey are a scam.! I am now out a vehicle the cost of my tow and the Individual who was drivings medical costsnnThis was all based on a decision they admitted could be positive or negative based on circumstances they put their opinions tonnWhen I was with co operators and the exact same incident happened I received full coveragennBeware.! I am charging insurance companies as soon as possible.!

One car on my policy was written off due to an accident not my fault. Low & behold they are still taking money for a car that I no longer have. Before the accident I was aware my insurance was going up as of February. I don’t understand why the communication is so poor, my policy should’ve been updated. I should’ve stayed with my previous insurance because it would’ve been updated right away. Gore too thief!!! Give me back my money I need to buy food!!

Gore Mutual neglected to inform us that rates are going up. As a result, a payment bounced. A while later we sold our vehicle to buy a cheaper used vehicle. Rates for a Ford escape were much higher than we paid for a Ford F 150. They are not competitors, they are gougers.

What a Joke of a company. You can't even talk to anyone at Gore directly they just keep telling you to contact your broker and that was the reason I was calling Gore was to make a complaint about the Peterborough KRG brokerage.Cancelled my policies for may 9th but only one of them was canceled so a payment came out of my account that shouldn't of caused me to get nsf charges and then because I prove that I had purchased a new policy the back date the one I canceled and send me a letter stating I still owe almost another full payment and I can't talk to anyone that is unreasonable to deal with
