My first visit to this place, wouldn't complain about service, it was quick and good. Food was really good. My favorites out of what we had were the calamari and knafeh with pistachios ice cream. Loved it. To name what we ordered were, tabbouleh, cyan special salad, samosa platter, beef siders, pita sider, schnitzel, kabab, calamari and dessert.Weekend has Dj from 10pm ,vibe is good. Would definitely try sheesha next time.
My co-workers and I decided to have dinner and sheesha after work. Made reservations for 4 ppl nothing for 3 at 7:00pm. They called me confirming and to make sure we were 4 ppl. Otherwise, if it is only 3 ppl we will need to spend at least $100 total for our table, which was fine sheesha + food + alcohol def be at least $100. Thought, that was weird call but overall we had a great time here! Place was clean, food was yummy, sheesha and service was great : Music came on after basketball :D Definitely will come back!
Went there for the first time - their vibe is amazing and so is the place. Customer service could have been better, though my friend and I just two of us didn't require it a lot. They gave extra charcoal for shisha so we could change it on our own. However, 2 drinks, 2 appetizers and a regular shisha cost us $100 to be exact, with gratuity automatically charged! A little deceptive as the machine asked for more tip...good thing I saw the bill beforehand. Overall, ok-ish shisha doesn't have a "kick" to it, and good food. But could be better in terms of pricing and automatic gratuity probably what brings their customer service down. Personally wouldn't return; there are better hookah places in the area.
Cyan is a really cool lounge, the atmosphere is very Toronto and the shisha is made very well! You can upgrade to ice house and coconut coals, that’s what we did when we were there. I enjoyed their Caesar which was actually made to perfection with the perfect amount of spice! We ordered the bruschetta and we’re surprised when it arrived as it’s not your typical bruschetta. It was absolutely delicious and I look forward to trying more options on their food menu next time. I have had the trio dip before as well and it is the perfect shareable if you’re with friends!
I have been coming here for a few years now. Cyan Is more of an upscale shisha lounge, great atmosphere and good food. I do like the seating arrangment and vibe of Cyan more than other shisha lounges. I do have to knockdown a star due to the slow service and the automatic gratuity applied.
Good shisha but no gluten free food whatsoever. The place has a nice ambiance and comfortable seating. It doesn’t serve teapot.
Strongly recommended. Many people are puting false reviews here. But I am coming to this lounge for over 3 years. Food is amazing, price is good and staff are nice, friendly, and professional. Beautiful environment to spend time here. Do not miss out.
This place has a very nice esthetic and is great for taking pictures. They actually use real shisha pipes and not the deposable ones that are not a nice experience. We also has a Lava cake which was actually very good. Would recommend as long as you don't get the couch with the burn marks.Food: 5/5
I loved the place’s vibe and the food was absolutely delicious. I knocked off 2 stars because we disliked the mannerism of our waiter. Right from when we stepped in, he acted like we were bothering him and he had something better to do. I wouldn’t go back there because service is really high on my list and I drove all the way there with my colleagues cos we wanted to try out a new place so ah well. That’s that. We all agreed the place was nice but he was the only waiter we saw there and the place was empty when we got there so he really can’t have been under any previous stress. I hope he does better.
Bad service. Upon arriving I was put on a waitlist. After an hour I came to check on the status and they had crossed my name off saying I was called when I wasn’t. Ordered a drink and asked for another and didn’t get it, but was charged for 2 on the bill. Forced to tip 10% gratitude but definitely didn’t feel like it was deserved.
