Called an hour before to make sure it would be really promptly for 5....nope not ready. Then a call halfway home they gave me wrong food and had to go back. No offer of anything for totally messing my order and making me come back.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The owner claims to be in business for 17 years, I'm SHOCKED considering his absolutely aggressive and disrespectful tone. There are many pizza places in Amherstburg and this is by far the WORST. The quality of ingredients are poor and I'm genuinely appalled with his ability to take down a simple order.. It's severely compromised. I called back after we picked up the pizza to ask why the order is wrong and he didn't even apologize or be accountable. We'll never return. Come on! A veteran in the industry should learn to make more of an effort to at least ATTEMPT to keep a customer's business. Nope. Luckily there are many other great pizza places in Amherstburg.
