Twice Served RAW Pizza + Lied to Our Face — Unsafe & Disgusting ExperiencennIf I could give zero stars, I would.nnWe ordered a pizza from the Amherstburg Domino’s and were shocked to receive it with raw dough — completely undercooked and inedible. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and called, and they said they would remake it. But the second pizza? Also raw. No exaggeration. The center was still gooey and stretchy with visibly uncooked dough. We took clear pictures as proof.nnWe called again to get this properly handled and were met with the most rude, unprofessional, and dishonest customer service I’ve experienced from any restaurant. They told us, “Take it or get a refund,” as if we should just accept raw pizza or walk away hungry. We weren’t even offered both — just an ultimatum. No apology, no ownership, nothing.nnBut it gets worse — when we called again today to ask for a refund, the staff had the nerve to lie, claiming we had already come in yesterday and were offered a refund and a new pizza — which is completely false. We were never offered both, and the only thing we were told was to take the same raw product again or leave with nothing.nnEven after showing them photos of the undercooked, potentially unsafe pizza, they actually said:nn“That’s how we make all our pizzas.”nnExcuse me? If that’s true, then this location has no concept of food safety, and that should concern anyone ordering from here. Raw dough is not just disgusting — it can be a health hazard, especially with meat and cheese involved.nnNo accountability. No professionalism. Just arrogance and blatant dishonesty. We were left with no edible food after two tries, treated like a nuisance instead of a paying customer, and lied to as if our experience didn’t matter.nnAvoid this location at all costs. They clearly don’t care about quality, safety, or telling the truth — and if you get sick from their food, don’t say you weren’t warned. This is not how Domino’s should be operating. I will be escalating this to corporate, and I hope someone higher up takes this seriously before someone actually gets hurt eating their undercooked food.

This was a terrific pizza. I sat down in cold comfort and ate the entire medium . Great experience.nThe store looked new and extremely clean. I visited around noon. The store has a very heavy window tint. I actually thought it was closed and almost walked away. By chance I decided to look through the dark tint and realized rhat the store was indeed open.

This location has really taken a dive. A drop in topping quantity on orders lately. Customer service has been sketchy at best.nnTonight was the last straw. Placed an order within the app. Following along the tracking the order was marked out for delivery at 7:01pm. I live 2 minutes away but was unable to drive The GPS tracking didnt even move for another 15 minutes.nnOrder arrived, driver double checked the receipt twice and could tell by his body language that something wasn't right. Sure enough the garlic dipping sauce was missing. Tried calling the store. First dial, no one answered, 2nd attempt I was hung up on. 3rd times the charm and got through. But the girl on the phone only wanted to confirm with me that the driver was still on the way. Did not want to address that an item was missing. Asked for the item sent when it clicked.

Linda was amazing to talk to in the brief 5-8 seconds before I shut the door on her to scarf down my pizza. She did an amazing job and deserves to be praised by the manager.nnI only rated atmosphere 3/5 as I still need to clean my room and I got delivery.

March 3rd 2024 evening . They ran out of chicken, so I had to substitute two pizzas with a regular non premium topping as I was ordering two of their feast pizzas. You'd think considering chicken is premium, that the substitute topping would be applied in adequate proportions but there was very little pepperoni and ham added. The feast pizzas were much thinner than normal, perhaps due to the sale that was ongoing however that has not always been our experience.nnNormally we love the feast pizzas, however I would not order again if what we received last order were the norm. Hopefully it was a one off, I will update this review based the next time we order from here.nnUpdate April 25 2025:nThe pizza we had tonight was the best dominos pizza we've ever had from any chain across Ontario pic 2. Whoever made the pizza tonight at Dominos was rockin! Definitely tipping on the next time we pickup.
