I had the chicken tikka poutine. Good, hot fries, good curds, and authentic tikka flavour. Pleasantly surprised. Will go back for sure.
Love this place! Great naked fries and many many toppings to choose from. A monthly special, and several menu items, as well as custom orders. Definitely a favourite! Since the transition to Butter Chicken Roti the fam has also enjoyed the roti. We’ve tried many different dishes, and highly recommend this place to friends frequently.
I can only post about the 1812 potine which I go for once in awhile. Any time I head out to Amherstburg, about once every few months, I love to stop in and order a poutine. I have ordered thier Canadian poutine which was very good a little while back and this time I ordered the Buffalo Chicken ranch. It was good and I was expecting a little bit of spicey but man was it spicy. My kids couldn't even eat it, I have had it before, a very long time ago but they must have changed the recipe. I will go back again but for sure to order something else.

It has always been good but today it was so bad. Very disappointed with the food. Please maintain your standard. Edit: The roti was hard and not fresh. The curry wasn’t cooked well it gave a sour taste. The veggies weren’t fresh. It was the first time it was like this . We have ordered many times before and it had always been very good.
This is the second time that have been disappointed with your restaurant, never had an issue with the previous owner, supported this place on a regular basis through out the lockdown. Getting not fully cooked and soggy fries 3 weeks ago and tonight getting the wrong order and when going back to correct it being told that I ordered what I got and arguing about it when I know that I repeated my order. You need to learn how to deal with customer instead of trying to prove that you are right ,I don't have a problem paying for what I want to order,but when I have to turn around to have my order corrected and have to go home to cold food is upsetting. This is our last time we deal with your restaurant
Some weeks ago, I ordered 2 entrees, 1 coconut chicken with rice and 1 butter chicken roti for my son, when I picked up the food on our way back to Windsor, my son noticed both with the rice. When I called back to let them know they messed up one of the orders, the manager said I had told him 2 rice as that’s the way they punched it in the computer, I told him he punched it in wrong as my son doesn’t like the rice. I asked for a credit for the next time and after some persuasion the Mgr agreed. Yesterday when I ordered the credit, the same Mgr informed me that he spoke with the owner who said they could only offer 50% off and not a full credit. I was not pleased at this and don’t think I’ll be coming back. When I arrived, you could cut the tension with a knife, no pleasantry, no thanks for coming sir, Thanks for hour business, just handed me my order and a blank stare. Do better BCR Amherstburg!
Omg the poutine is super filling and the pulled pork is super flavorful. The gravy is spot on and the cheese curds were melted to perfection. The portions size was huge and couldn't finish it in one sitting and was still delicious the next day after a night of drinking. Good job
This was soooo delicious! It’s so amazing to have Indian food in town. I couldn’t get over how good it was, and we love Indian food. High quality, fresh, and great service!! Thank you!
