This place has some really good vibes. The restaurant owner and her husband are really great humans. Their service and care is really amazing. Coming to food, my personal favourites are chilli chicken, Bombay chicken, Szechwan chicken and chicken pakora and not to forget their iconic chilli sauce. All these items taste good both wet and dry. Portion size is pretty decent for the price range.

I have many favourite Hakka spots in Toronto Lin garden and Federicks my top I decided to try this new place because they are top rated on Uber eats It didn’t disappoint! Honestly very good Hakka food. I prefer it to china cottage. I got Bombay chicken and Hakka chicken chow Mein both great. Try it out!

Lady who is owner gives even necessary cutleries, only if we ask for it. I wonder how someone can eat noodles without forks. She probably eat without it. My husband forgot to ask to put fork with it, and she didn't care abt it. After pick up the food, we had plan to go to mall and eat as the place doesn't provide dine in service any more. Moreover she didn't provide adequate amount of red chilly sauce. She only gave one tiny chutney container for red chilly sauce which was obviously not enough. Just bcause I have toddler I wanted mild food and chilly sauce separately to add in food for ourself. These little stuff doesn't cost much and it is necessary for customer. Food felt like there is just soya sauce in it. Manchurian was not as we generally use to eat. I definitely don't recommend. Uber eats or any other apps suggest anything or show us top rated only bcause they r paid for that it.

This place is take-out only. It is a hidden gem in Markham for hakka. If you truly miss the Indian style hakka found at Bombay, then this place is for you. I love their chilli fish, sweet and sour chicken, chicken sweet corn soup, fried rice and Singapore noodles. Update post recent order: The singapore noodles were doused in oil and turmeric. Not sure if the chef has changed now.

It was a bit of a hit/miss situation I experienced with the dishes we ordered. A few of them were very tasty and a few of them were not that great. This seems like a good place for takeout but the dining experience was mediocre at most, they should put more money/efforts into improving the restaurant environment.

Food 7/10, service 6/10, atmosphere5/10 Spicy Chicken dry was spicy enough and tasty. Full of ginger and spicy peppers makes good combination. Chicken hakka noodls Tasty, I prefer the flat noodles. Here has rounded noodles. Egg fried Rice and eggplant was average. Owner was busy but still very efficient to serve Take out customers. Big portion.

This seemed to be the only hakka restaurant in the area that I had not tried. Chicken pakora was tasty but not very spicy probably my favorite of the 3 dishes tried. Fried rice was good but nothing special. Manchurian chicken had a good spice level to it but not the flavour I would expect. I had to ask to make sure they gave me the right dish as did not have the normal red colour. If you told me it was chilli chicken my opinion might be higher as the taste was closer to that. I will have to try it again and some different dishes. Service was OK, they took our order quickly enough and food came in a reasonable time and was very hot. They never checked on us after the food came or offered us more water. I would give this a 3.5 stars if possible. Other better options in the area in my opinion.

Place decor is simple with few Asian posters. Only take cash or debit. I ordered fish pakora, chicken corn soup and Manchurian shrimp that comes with bowl of rice. Soup did not have taste of corn soup. No seasoning at all. I had to add soya sauce. The chicken did not appear like chicken at all. It was a little bit but it had dark corners of meat. Bowl of rice first served very cold. They exchanged on request. Pakora again no seasoning. Fish was good but the dough was plain. It was not crispy or hot. Manchurian shrimp was good. I will not be returning to this place because I know much better hakka restaurant in the neighborhood

Decided to try this place out as it had decent reviews. Did a phone in order for pickup on a Saturday afternoon. Ordered the Cantonese Mix Chow Mein , Bombay Chicken and chicken fried rice. Pros: -Lady hung up the first time, probably by mistake. She seemed friendly and nice once after i re-dailed. -Food was made quickly and she gave me extra utensils and containers when asked. Cons: -Food was average quality at best. -The Cantonese Mix Chow Mein was extremely oily and greasy. It is supposed to be made with Chinese Cantonese egg noodles not HAKKA noodles. If i knew this i would not have ordered from this place. -Fried rice and bumbay chicken was subpar. Overall I will not be returning to this place and i suggest a different hakka restaurant if you have the cravings.

Gr8 lunch specials albeit pricing has gone up and no more free pop, settle for free bottled water. Fast service. Never had a bad meal here.
