I purchased the mannequin and extra lashes 2 days ago. Why didn’t you send me any receipt of my purchase instead it’s just “Thank you” email. There’s no tracking number. I don’t know where and whom to follow up. My purchase was under my full name. Which I’m not going to share here. Provide me a valid email where I can contact you

Lovely new studio. Very experienced technicians. I returned with a question and was treated very professionally and my issue was gladly resolved.  Great customer care. Adjacent to a great hair salon too,  so do both in one visit!

Exceptional customer service! They really do care about their clients and their work. My lashes always look beautiful after appointment, received lots of compliments. If I have any concerns, they response to my email quickly and tried to help me. This is a best place for lashes extension.

I cannot say enough good things about Gold Lash Bar!   Super clean and very comfortable and very professional. Rachael is the best lash tech I have ever had.  I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes.  Very highly recommended!

Chika was so gentle and sweet. Love the lashes, great attention to detail. I got compliments on my lashes as soon as i left my appointment. Cozy spot.
