The staff is excellent. Everyone is very knowledgeable and customer focused. Very helpful and friendly and it really speaks to the company itself. Always have a good shopping experience there My favourites are their rose and almond products. Their peppermint spray is also a favourite of mine Any of their body oils and creams are very helpful to the skin and smell amazing They even have a good selection of fragrances and body mists which is quite a delight to see. It’s a good expansion Overall amazing store, philosophy, products and staff! Great job
I recently visited the Body Shop’s pacific centre location. I had a really positive experience. I was most impressed by Allie’s exceptional customer service. She was very thorough while explaining the various sales they had going on. She went above and beyond in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Allie was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Thanks to Allie’s help, I was able to buy the perfect gifts!!
The employee who dyed his bangs was really nice. I was looking for body mist and she gave us recommendations and explained about the promotion. and i love this vanilla mist
Worker, name label “Bella” is very rude. Have attitude and was rolling her eye and hostile the entire talk I have with her. She have no respect, I don’t know why she want to work in store if she hate everybody. She seem not happy with her job, she really ruin my day because she not patient or happy. I come here to mall hoping to have good day and she make me so miserable. Now I only go shop at Metrotown Body Shop, over there so much patient and happy! Here so mad and not want to treat customer nice
Store was ok not great. Looking for my coconut milk lotion which is a great moisturizer by the way, not to thick. Body Shop corporate has decided to discontinue it in their foolish wisdom! End of my relationship with the Body Shop…..
Not usually a fan of shopping in person but needed some advice. Everyone here was really nice-they were juggling cashier, sales, and being knowledgable about products. All were good but Bella stuck out
The store, a solid 5 - the company - 1. For a year now, no one seems to be interested in providing a gender neutral advent calendar or at least a version for men. By being gender neutral, they only need to remove hairbands and hair barrettes...... Not a difficult change. :
Love the products and the store, wish the reps working there would let you come to them with questions rather than be so attentive lol. But I just prefer to be left to browse and speak up if need be :b Small shop, helpful staff, awesome products!
Staff was incredibly rude followed us through the shop anything I picked up was immediately questioned with an aggressive “are you purchasing?” When I did make my way to the till with the same sales associate who had been following me around she practically berated me because I didn’t want to become a member since it was my first time ever being in the store. Very disappointed
Customer service was extremely friendly and the overall experience was excellent. Although I was unable to catch the name of the staff member, I appreciated the way they introduced me to the loyalty program and helped me check out. Thank you for your help!
