I've always been a bit intimidated to come into the store but I am so glad that I did. Everyone who works here is so incredibly helpful you went above and beyond with helping me get exactly what I wanted and explaining to me exactly what I needed for my concerns. I would highly recommend going to the store also they have some of the cutest items besides just skin care I was blown away by the store I'm so upset I've never gone in here sooner  edit 8/05/22 going in for an extraction facial. will update with results!! the facial was amazing, so relaxing and my skin has never looked better. I'll definitely be going back for regular facials

I was not sure what to expect when I walked into to the store.  I picked up a cute diffuser and hair product.  Evelyn was a great help as well I picked an lucky envelope and got 20% off an item.  I wanted everything that was cute inside the store.

Fun store to visit. Staff incredibly friendly. Sometimes products go out of stock fast, which shows how popular some of the products are.

I've never left a positive review on ANYTHING but let me tell you I bought a product here and it made my breakouts worse and when I went back to see what their return policy was, the owner was there to help me with a few options, all accomodating to my needs. She was so helpful in helping me choose another product for exchange but also gave me the option to get a refund. She took her time in answering my questions and she also gave two hefty samples and I've never left a store feeling more satisfied with customer service. She told me to come back and that she just wants to help. The sweetest woman ever and I will definitely come back.

Travelled from far to reach this store only to find it closed at 11:30.  Called them multiple times with no response.

As someone who normally shops online for Asian and/or non-drugstore, non-department store beauty, this store is a little overwhelming with all the choices! They were having a customer appreciation event when I dropped in while visiting Vancouver. The staff was extremely extremely! helpful and friendly. I ended up buying an excellent water-/smudge-proof eyeliner that is better than Kat Von D's tattoo eyeliner. My one caveat is if you are a shopper that does not enjoy being checked in on, you will need to be very firm about "just looking". The staff here is trained to be friendly and helpful - they do a great job! But if you are "just looking" be prepared.

Large variety of skincare collections, very knowledge about skincare products and give good advice to customers, friendly service. Coupon rebate offer on purchases.
