I personally had a very good experience there. It pains to have to switch clinics because I moved. The gynecologists that followed me and the one who replaced her while on vacation were both great. Unfortunately, my Dr didn't have the machine that shows the baby, whereas the replacement Dr did. I don't know why there's a difference between them, but all were polite, patient, and kind. it's sometimes bureaucratic to try to reach a Dr or a nurse, but nothing very hard to achieve. They also send an SMS to remind you of your appointment, which once I didn't receive because they apparently had not entered my appointment. That said, that was only once incident in 2 years. They also called me for my baby's follow up and provided her with a Dr! I personally love this clinic.
My first time at this clinic it was amazing I called 9 am on Sunday coughing so badly and i got appointment the same day as last one. The lady at reception helped me so much , big thank you again. I saw Dr Seguin, what a devoted doctor i was speechless. At the end of my visit, receptionist came to me and said hope with medication i will feel better. I was so happy with their service .
Loved the nurse, reception was very kind to me. The doctor on the other hand, was very average. I left the clinic with the same issues persisting. Got a second better opinion.
very bad experiencenI had an appointment at 11:10 and I went 10:30 in the clinic . but nobody call me . I stay there until 3 pm for no reason.nvery bad service.
Dr's in my experience are great and puntual. Im taking off 2 stars honestly i give secretaries here max a 2 star rating in total on its own because the ecretaries are nice-ish on the phone but super rude in person sometimes. They have a lot of attitude sometimes and i wonder where they hire these people from if they dont like their jobs or helping people...
