I highly recommend this clinic.nTheir receptionists are proficient, kind, attentive, and will go above and beyond to assist you. As per Doctors, I can only really speak about Doctor Lafortune, who is truly God-sent. There is something reassuring about him when you walk in. It is apparent that he is passionate about his job and is genuinely there to assist his patients. Some doctors look tired on the job and will allow you to leave as clueless as you walked in, but not him.nnThanks for an amazing service and for the help provided :
The evening receptionist told me not to call again, even though I was just calling to ask for an appointment for the next day for my five year old. They tell you to call at 9am, but when they answer everything is magically booked.
Really bad experience. I have been waiting to see a specialist doctor for almost 2 months because I have urgent symptoms, only to receive a call that they have to delay my appointment by another month! Very poor management, this is my health in question!!!
All of the receptionists are kind, attentive and responsive. Very helpful in getting my initial appointment and subsequent two appointments. All of my appointments were on time or early. Was able to accomplish everything in one place--its great that there is a radiology department just across the hall! Very efficient! Thank you for the wonderful service from the whole team.
It is a highly efficient clinic, competent admin team, nurses and doctors, pharmacy conveniently located in the building with an amazing service and team.
