Honestly astonished this clinic isn’t rated higher, it is excellent. My family and I have been patients of this clinic for over a year now and wait times have been minimal, service has been nothing but warm and friendly, and every time we leave we feel so well taken care of. Staff members are friendly, professional and always helpful. Clinic indigo is the best and I have nothing but the utmost appreciation for the care we have received here. Thank you to all the team, keep up the great work
I only attend this clinic as my doctor is here. Clinic is beautiful and some staff I have exchanged with are so pleasant & make you feel welcomed.nnHowever: one of your receptionists needs to urgently change their bedside manners. They are condescending, they cut you off every single time you speak & the manner in which they speak is telling that they don’t belong there. ‍
The good : I got the care I needed, the service was fast and efficient. The receptionist was great, no issues.nnThe not so good : I did not get the best customer experience let's say, the doctor rushed the appointment which I understand because they have a lot of patients to take care of. However, the tone of voice used to communicate the end of the appointment could be nicer, not everyone knows that the appointment is supposed to last 10-15min. Also, dismissing the patient concerns is not a good way to make them feel at ease.nnThat being said, I am still grateful for the service I got, I just would have prefered a more gentle approach.
If it was only for the Doctors I would give a 5 stars but some of the receptionists there are dumb as he'll! It's the second or third time that I arragenge my agenda to come to the clinic just to find out that she marked a wrong schedule!!! That is a total lack of organization of her part! One time ok but 3??? Come on! It can't be that difficult of seeing a specific doctor agenda and schedule right? The clinic should contract better receptionists! Instead making excuses for dumbness.nOtherwise the doctors are really good people.
Can’t reach family doctor. Clinic doesn’t answer phone and doesn’t call back after leaving voicemail. Can’t make an online appointment with my doctor or any other health professional.
