We booked an emergency appointment for our 20 month old daughter online on Christmas Eve. The receptionist was friendly. The nurse was very nice and my daughter was very at ease with her. Dr. Moroz has a great demeanor with kids and connected with our daughter right away. We were in and out in 15 minutes with a diagnosis, prescription and follow up X-rays. Highly recommended.
I really don't understand this place. They give you an appointment via a text message on your phone without asking you if the date and time is suitable for you. On the same day of the appointment, an hour before the appointment, the doctor calls to tell you that your appointment has been cancelled because they are not available for work today. I also add that you will pay $5 to use the outside parking even if you do not have a driver's license or even a car and come by Uber or public transportation. Finally, I will talk about the family doctor who calls you and he does not even know anything about you or your results. When you ask him about the results of an analysis or a picture that he has requested in the past for you, he is surprised by your question. When he reads the result, he is surprised again that your results are bad and you should be followed up by a specialist. I really cannot believe this huge amount of negligence.
After finally getting an appointment, the doctor sends my 19 month old for an xray to rule out pneumonia. She then tells me she will only be able to let me know if he has pneumonia 3 days later even though the xray tech told me the results were immediate. 3 days later and still nothing heard from the doctor. At this point, if it was pneumonia, it would have progressed already in 3 days. A day later and still no results, can't even get a hold of the doctor. After wasting an afternoon at the clinic, we are back at square one guessing what is wrong with our little one. Our Healthcare system is a JOKE.
An interesting story to hear before deciding to be their customer:nNo professionalism/ bad behaviors.nI asked for an appointment 1 month ago, and they accepted after asking all the necessary questions. Everything was clear. they even sent us a confirmation email 2 days before the date.nAnd what when I arrived, the two receptionists told me that you can't do the blood test. When I asked why didn't notice me before so I won't lose that much time. They simply said it's just a mistake and we have a lot of things to do...they didn't even bother to say sorry. When I asked for the responsable the receptionist said that she is the one.nThe funny thing is when my husband raised a bit his voice with no bad words just trying to have a solution from them, the one who did the mistake started screaming and saying that we are being disrespectful while I'm a pregnant woman they just act like it was my mistake and when we insisted to have a solution she asked for a security guard and told the other one we can also call 911.nI was shocked because we didn't say any bad words we just asked for a solution and they treated as as criminals. They couldn't even bother to say sorry for the mistake they did.
I recently visited your clinic on October 4th and gave a 3-star review. The clinic is spotless, new, with about 20 rooms, and the staff, including secretary, were polite and friendly. The doctor saw me on time, and everything was smooth until I received my prescription.nnI suffer from chronic hives and showed the doctor my previous medication. She prescribed only 20mg of antihistamines for 14 days, which is 1/4th of my previous dosage and nothing for nighttime relief. I later saw a dermatologist, referred by another doctor, who said this was an emergency and that I needed much stronger antihistamines. I was shocked by the mismanagement and feel this situation should be addressed to ensure proper patient care.
