I don't think they clean clothes either. My tie still had the same smudge on it when i picked it up as when i dropped it off. I cleaned it off with some water. My wife's dress still has the same dirt mark on it from when she rubbed against a dirty car. Save your money by avoiding this place.

They do not clean!! Took a tie in with a stain, and it came back with the same stain. They wanted to charge me again to send it back. After refusing to pay twice, they caved and sent it back at no charge. What do you know, it came back clean the second time. I went back again with my spouses blouse. It has typical sweat stains in the armpit area (which get cleaned with every other dry cleaners). They were not able to get it out, but refused to send it back for a second cleaning. The employee admitted that the regular person who cleans is on vacation and that is why it is not clean. Still no refund or second cleaning. Will never use again, ever.
