This place has ruined multiple items of mine by overpressing which resulted in a sheen on the fabric when there isn't supposed to be one. This happened multiple times. I continued to take my things there after the first time because I wanted to give them another chance but then it happened again and it ruined my $400 suit. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Probably the best in Kelowna...but wouldn't go so far as to say they provide exceptional service

They ruined my sweater. I brought in a sweater that a restaurant spilled catchup on immediately after it was spilled. Now I have a hardened catchup mess on the sweater. I should have cleaned it myself. DO NOT USE THIS STORE.
