We had a wonderful experience here while visiting the emergency room. Nurses and doctor were very caring and professional. They were fantastic in treating my 3 year old daughter.

Friendly & caring. Wait at the ER is really not long at all, especially compared to other hospitals.

They are always short staff at night, I came in once at night in extreme distress and no one was there, not even at the reception desk.. I was yelling Hello several times before the nurse came out of the room.. It is discouraging when your in an emergency and you feel completely alone in hospital!

The wait times are insane. My father went into Emergency and was there for six hours. They only took one patient an hour. How incompetent. Not to mention my dad's blood pressure was insanely high and they didn't do anything since he was there for his ear not blood pressure. If I had a choice I would not go to this hospital, I would make the drive to Ottawa.
