Worst service ever! In store they barely acknowledge you let alone say hi..they stay behind the cash and chit chat..but apparently structube is a terrible employer so they might not give a s***. As for my overall experience one thing's for sure I'll never purchase there ever again. It took me over a month and a half to get the table returned and get my money back. Long wait every time you have to call in, agents are not empowered or equipped to do anything. I wasn't allowed to bring back the table myself they said I was obliged to get the table picked up from their delivery people which they charged me $75+tx! That is because I had the table delivered originally, but they said if I would have picked it up in store I would have been able to bring it back myself.. At the end we were considering bringing this to small claims because of the run around and different information/false promises from each staff member..stay away

I've purchased 3 pieces of furniture, 2 of them should have been delivered in the beginning of November and third to pick up from the store at Transcanadienne. When I called regarding delivery few days after purchasr I've been told that they can't deliver in the beginning of month date is moved up till the end of November or beginning of December. When I went to pick up one piece by myself I've been told "there's nothing for you here". To sum up - ones you pay, Structube doesn't care about you anymore. Endless and pointless phone calls is what you get, but not furniture.

Worst customer service. I went there twice because i had my eye on one particular couch. During both of my visits, nobody came to serve me when i clearly stated my interest in that particular model. As i was inspecting it to make sure if it's what i wanted, to my surprise, the sales lady yelled at me in front of everyone just because i unzipped a zipper to see the fabric inside. And when i complained to the manager, she simply smiled and said that she saw that, and she was sorry, no follow up was done to help me in my purchase. I walked out feeling embarrassed, angry and disappointed.

Great products and at affordable prices! Bought a buddha print and it looks gorgeous in my dining room.
