Absolutely gorgeous park! Lots to see and a pleasant place to relax or take a nice walk. We also got to watch a group do parkor!!! Definitely visiting here again!
This Beautiful park is always bustling but still feels w wide open and peaceful. Amazing place to tan, picnic or play with your dogs. On the seaway, across from Granville island market.
Really neat park to walk at any time of day; it's large enough for many people and activities. Really well up kept.
Nice park, and seawall, by / near bridge. .. One too many , and garbage full of excitement, stinks badly at one corner of the park, near and beside Ben'ches. Yikes! Other than that it's a really nice park, but I am still smelling that one wif of that garbage can ...
This prominent waterfront park honours the ideals and accomplishments of a long time Park Board Commissioner; and provides a prime example of how polluted industrial sites can be transformed into important new public spaces.
This is agreat park in an excellent location. The only issue is many people bring thier dogs and unleash them. It is still a great park regardless.
One of the best downtown Vancouver parks. If you want to play frisbee, have the kids run, or watch boats go by George Wainborn is fantastic. My only knock is that the playground for kids is a little lacking.
This waterfront park is situated in a very densely group of apartments...however the views surrounding this nugget of a green space is very much worth the effort to get there..Granville Island across this beautiful False Creek area...there are benches, children play area and frequent boat activities..either day or night provides visual entertainment..the evening photos were taken after an evening dinner in a local restaurant..there are a number of parking spaces available in the general area..here again in July 2022 on a beach type of day..water fountains are flowing, boat traffic on the river and an invitation to walk, run, cycle or relax on the many strategic benches…
A lovely little park in the city along the Seawall between Yaletown and the West End. A huge grassy field for picnics, games and playtime. If you're lucky you can grab one of the concrete picnic tables along the seawall. Perfect to gather with friends. Or you can grab a seat in one of yellow Muskoka chairs overlooking the park. And shhhh, it's an unofficial dog park at certain times but do be respectful of those around you and clean up after your dog. If there's a lot of families maybe that isn't the time to take your dog off leash. If it's you, your dog and the other dogs then have some fun. Bit beware the soggy field in the rain.
This is a super peaceful park not many people here in the fall. Great for a stroll or light walks. Lots of people walk their dogs in the summer. You can see Granville island and the floating houses from here. There’s also a play ground here by the park. Great sunset view off the bridge and also a great view of the “twisted” building.
