Gentle Dental Progress Ridge

The team at Progress Ridge Gentle Dental is amazing. I've had cleanings, a root canal, and a crown and they've always been kind, caring, and as their first name implies, gentle. They take time to ask questions, to make sure everything is painless and they make sure that you're well educated before you leave the chair. We just love this place and the team!

Wonderful staff. Everyone is very nice, helpful, comforting, and professional. Came in for a root canal and they made the entire process very comfortable and as painless as possible. There was still some pain involved (honestly don't believe there's anyway around it) but it was nothing more than a bee sting. They genuinely care about people. Felt more like visiting family than it did being a number in a system which is super rad. I'm an OTR trucker and they have been extremely helpful in treating my needs within in a very tight schedule that I am on. Really think this place is the model every dental office should be cloned from. Thank you for the help and warmth!

Wife and I scheduled cleaning appointments, we were told they would be at the same time. When we got there and filled out the paperwork, after my wife went back and I was waiting for a while I was then told my appointment wouldn't be till after my wife's (45+mins later). So I rescheduled for a different date. My wife then finds out that her appointment was NOT in fact a cleaning like she was told, but instead an exam and was told she needed to schedule a cleaning at later date. So after wasting a combined 3 hours of our time, we got one exam after being promised two cleanings. Needless to say we cancelled our rescheduled appointments and follow ups. Do not go here if you wish to have anything done in a professional or timely manner.

I came from a very bad experience in another office and the Progress Ridge office was asked to be the "fixers". Dr. Greenstein has been so gracious in understanding what I have been dealing with and never made me feel like a burden. I really appreciate his time and effort to fitting me in to his schedule to accommodate my work schedule. After all of his efforts, it was determined that I would need a root canal. I was NOT looking forward to this as I am already very anxious at the dentist. Dr. Reese was excellent in treating me as well. He and his assistant explained the process to me, answered my questions and was truthful about the expected outcome. One day out from the procedure, I am optimistic that this pain/issue has been resolved. The office staff is extremely helpful and professional - also completely different from the office I had been at previously. I would recommend anyone to this office. Thank you!
