Cloud Nine Dental - Dr. Drew Ballard

Dr. Ballard made me feel very comfortable which is not something I ever thought I would say about a dentist. Visiting his office doesn't fill one with the usual fear and dread associated other dentists I've been too. The friendly staff make you feel welcome from the moment you enter the office. The waiting room decor is on fleek. And they offer free coconut water. Very nice.

Cloud Nine Dental is so spectacularly wonderful that I drive 17 miles across the metro area to get my dental care. Dr. Ballard explains what he's doing, keeps up with the latest technology, and is highly concerned with patient comfort. He and his staff are welcoming, fun and very very nice. The office ambience is warm and filled with original art. It's actually kinda fun to go to the dentist!

I absolutely 100% recommend Cloud Nine Dental. The whole experience was amazing for me from the friendly front office, to my very knowledgeable and experienced hygienist Jerri and to Dr. Ballard that listen to everything I had to say, my goals for my smile at this point in life and what he recommends after these goals. I was embarrassed and scared that having not been to a dentist in 9 years I thought I would be put down and told all the the things I did wrong with my teeth- at Cloud Nine Dental it was the exact opposite! I was told how well I did on my own in those 9 years and that my teeth were in great healthy shape. I can’t wait to come back for another cleaning and teeth whitening! Thank you Cloud Nine Dental ❤️

I have been a patient for about 15 years and I look forward to each dentist visit. The front office recognizes me and always greets me by name when I walk in, even though they only see me every 6 months. Jeri is an amazing hygienist who is so friendly and cheerful. Dr Ballard is conservative in suggesting procedures and is very knowledgeable about what options are available. I've always been picky about the dentist I choose and going to Cloud Nine Dental is worth the 45 mile drive.

I recently had a filling done at Cloud Nine. When they initially did the X-ray they were very straightforward and honest about what needed to be done and treated me with respect. When it came time to do the filling I was nervous as I expected it to be painful, but the good technique of Dr. Ballard and his staff made it very comfortable. Overall, an excellent experience.
