GEM PLUMBING CAME OUT TO MY HOME WITHIN 4 HOURS OF ME CALLING. I HAD NO HEAT AND MY FURNACE WAS BROKEN, IT WAS COLD. OTHER COMPANIES THAT WERE CONTRACTED WITH MY HOME WARRANTY NEVER EVEN CALLED BACK AFTER 24 HOURS! GEM SAVED THE DAY AND BRIAN IS A PRO. BRIAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ANS QUICKLY DIAGNOSED THE ISSUE, RAN TO THE PART STORE BEFORE THAT WAS CLOSING AT NOON AND RETURNED WITH PART IN HAND AND FIXED IN NO TIME AT ALL. He responded very quickly to assess my blown water heater. He did an outstanding job. My hot water was back working in one hour and my parents and I relaxed and enjoyed everything back to normal. The quality of work was excellent. He was very nice and attentive to my parents and me . 5 stars +. Thank you!

Bill and Eric were Awesome! They came out to do a boiler cleaning that turned into replacement. Upon opening chamber they noticed and showed me that the fire box was in shambles. I'm addition, the air vent to chimney completely clogged. I'm very lucky that it did not catch on fire. I would highly recommend when looking for a trusted and knowledge technicians. Thank you to both for everything and saving us from a contasterfery 😊

Called company at midnight on Saturday with a furnace malfunction. Jim D called back within 15 minutes and walked me through steps to control the situation. Bill T and Erick W arrived at 8:00 next morning (Sunday) to fix the issue. Great team - professional, courteous, efficient and very knowledgeable. Great job done and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend the company.

Brian. P was my service technician and he was a wealth of knowledge. I had my water tested for hardness due to symptoms I was feeling after we moved. Also due to low water pressure I had but he showed me how to clean my faucet’s aerators which solved the problem. I’ll be calling GEM for future plumbing needs due to prompt response and knowledgeable staffs!
