Amazing products created by a wonderful family. You cannot go wrong here if you love maple products. Their shack is always well stocked, and they're regulars at many of the local farmer's markets. Great source for maple production supplies as well, if you're looking to tap your own trees. Don't miss trying their maple wine!
We will be doing Syrup for the first time this year. Found Garland Sugar Shack through the person we bought the evaporator from. They were extremely helpful. Suggested and explained the necessities for starting up, things to keep in mind for next year and let us tour their facility and pick their brains for the better part of an hour. Even offered to send us copies of the instructions and setup information for our evaporator that was purchased from them originally. We will definitely be returning when we find ourselves in need of supplies or new equipment. Truly appreciate what they do!
