Love this place. I’ve found the prices are better than they used to be in addition to the great sales they have now and then. Customer appreciation day is always my go to! A lady named Candy is so positive and helpful. Fraser the Asst manager is always willing to help with questions and concerns. His plant knowledge seems extensive. His customer relations has been perfect and I feel he has some real smart business sense and knows how to nurture customer relationships along with the plants he cares for. That’s hard to find now days.
Good location, beautifully laid out, lots of nice stuff. Staff mostly ignored us, and when they did pay attention, scarcely bothered to be pleasant. We left with two overpriced plants, one of which proved to be infested with bugs and is headed for the compost. Not our first disappointing experience there, but it will be the last as we won't be back.
Spider mites in both houseplants from here. If you like your plants, don't bring home anything from this location unless you want to spend the next few months spending hours and hours trying to rid your remaining plants from an infestation. This is completely unacceptable.
I just came here to say that Candy is truly a wonderful person. Her positivity radiates, and her excitement for plants and people truly makes for a wonderful customer experience. I am so happy to have met her yesterday
One of the first things you learn in retail is about the customer experience. What feelings you get walking into a space & what you take away! Anthony & his team knock it out of the park!! I am a frequent visitor - Garden Works is on my path to work. I am always greeted with smiles, a kind word & an offer to assist in any way. There is always some treasure to discover whether I'm inside or out. The Garden Works staff make me smile, calm's my wandering mind, & yes most time's entice me into getting something I can snuggle into my garden, purchase for a gift, or set aside for a rainy day.nThank you for being part of our community & for recognizing & contributing to many happy garden's
