Unhelpful staff, no prices on anything. I think they leaves price tags off because their prices are easily 5-10 dollars higher than other shops. Shady way of doing business. Won't be coming back. The husky girl was particularly unhelpful.
Piper, who is very good communicator, was able to guide me to to finding a product that works for me .. and on my budget. So happy with what she chose for me... on day 2 and loving it! Way better than anything I've tried disposable style over the past 6 months. Yeah!! Happy to have found this lil place .
Went to replace my tank for my nord. Bought a 4 ml tank and when I get home it’s half filled with silicon. Nothing was said to me when buying the product and nothing was on the box. It was advertised as a full 4ml pod. Wouldn’t accept refund for false advertising and wouldn’t try and rectify the situation. They just repeated that the gov has restricted 4 ml pods, I say fair. Don’t let me buy it! How about you tell me that the 4 ml pod is filled in with silicon? That the 4ml pod is actually a 2 ml pod? Isn’t the first time I’ve had problems here but it will be the last :
Customer service is spectacular! I Always feel welcomed and appreciated when walking through the door!nTheir selection of juice and devices is outstanding! The staff is very knowledgeable I highly recommend Foggys for your everyday vaping needs :
Such a nice store , all the employees are super kind and helpful. They even let me order in to the store some of my favourite flavours .
