Gap Warehouse

To me it was nice, its just they dont have good management to control things. Sometimes they have a lot of work and sometimes they don’t so consider it wisely before workjng here. Environment is very nice.

They have very poor management as well they people have frustrated staff who do want to listen any one first. They don’t reply to the email send for hiring or any inquiry. when you directly go there then they said you need to wait for reply they have such a poor management with very unqualified staff. they really don’t have humanity that how to deal with new employee. In the very beginning they run for target and gave them fear that they will fire you.

I have worst experience working at this company. It has been more than 6 months and they still don’t pay mine bonus pay of 500$. I am calling them every twice a week. But HR department is just giving excuses, nothing else. I have send all proof of working overtime in the winter time in 2021. But only wasteful not get any response.

Tonnes of frienfs work here 24/7 without an agency, direct hire by the employer

Been there for a long time, supervisors care about they're associates, dispite the negative reviews there is not alot full timers that leave, some have been there for over 26 yrs. I laugh at one reveiw saying they work you so hard, they haven’t been there very long and obviously young? I've seen employees in their late 50's out perform people in their early 20's lol

Worst experience. I wanna give them negative stars-10. Firstly they hire on contract for 3 months after that they will extend your contract or you will get permanent hire if your team lead likes you they don’t see hard work they want puppets not hard working employees. Moreover, if they are not going to extend you contract they will let you know at the end of the last day. Especially some punjabi aunties who are team leads or supervisors are baised. They think that they are the owner of the gap. I don’t know why but they play a kind of politics with employees. They will never appreciate your work. HR team should take some action on basis of public reviews. Otherwise the gap owner going to shut down this location warehouse soon. I have some more points against gap warehouse i can write an essay on them.

Worst experience ever. When somebody join them for the first they shows like they are really supportive but eventually their authenticity comes up that's like rubbish. They treat their employees like puppet. There is no respect for seasonal. The persons who's appointed to handle a department should be educated and having good communicational skills, here I must mention that there is a big communication gap between supervisors @Amanpreet Kaur and workers. Anyone who is willing to join Gap must think twice before getting hired.

I won’t even give single star yo this company. Its very bad and u ethical place to work. They don’t even follow the Canadian work rules. They force their employees to work even if they are not comfortable to do something. They don’t ask you , they just force you. Manager and supervisors are totally biased. If anyone raise their voice against something, managers threats you of losing job. I will suggest to work somewhere else instead of joining GAP. There are so many other good places to work with proper and comfortable environment.

I have worked there for almost 2 years bt never shared my experience, but today will definitely speak up about bad happenings which i have gone through. There are some ladies to whom they just gave all the authorities but they didn’t even know how to speak English as well as not even know how to deal with younger ones we all work there as we are equal but those ladies were so rude with everyone I would definitely mention those punjabi ladies name MANJINDER SAMR & BARINDERJIT KHALON these two ladies were at top in everyone’s gossips, i worked at Gap in B2 shift which was like Sunday - Wednesday 4:30pm-2:30am. Management there is so useles as they don’t listen to their employees we tried to talk to higher authorities once but no one listened us and end of this problem was we quit our job because of them not only me there are some of our group mates also left Gap. I would highly recommend to GAP higher authorities to please have a look after to this matter.

I worked 2 years over there in Bombay department , because of two ladies manjider samra and Barinderjit kahlon my experience was worst over there, they were trainers but they don't know nothing about training , i always found them talking with each other they never helped anyone, noone liked them.
