Best customer service around!! We went to Ganims to choose 2 perennials for the front of our house. We asked Kevin if he had "a couple minutes to answer a question." He not only answered the question, but he went into details and depth that provided us with an education on how to continue to make informed choices. He spent as much time and energy with us as if we'd hired him to landscape our whole property personally.

Very knowledgeable and has a great selection. Bought boxwoods and they showed us different types and differnent sizes.

Wonderful experience today and great customer service. Used them to send a rose bush to a friend for a special occasion. The plant was beautiful, they were very prompt and responsive to my inquiry, and pricing was very reasonable. Couldn't be happier.

One of the worst experiences with customer service I have ever had! The owner was extremely rude and had a very negative attitude towards the customers. He was not helpful was so ever, was very arrogant, and was really impolite and ill-mannered. He was even extremely rude to an elderly lady who was just asking a few questions about a tree and how big they grew. He acted as if what ever she was saying was not important and I actually had to step in to make him realize that how he was talking to her was NOT ACCEPTABLE! The woman thanked me and told me he had done the same to her before too. I will never come back to this place and would NOT recommend it!
