I have bought a car and SUV in the last year through Michael Belanger and it was a simple process each time. I am not the best with cars and he explained many of the in and outs as well as safety ratings that kept my attention. Very knowledgable and helpful in choosing what suited my needs. The prices are what they are and this is what we have today to deal with but at least I had an enjoyable time doing so.

I have bought 4 cars in the last 4 years and working with Mike Belanger was hands down the easiest and most efficient purchase experience I have ever had. Working with Mike and the finance team was an absolute pleasure. From test drive to negotiating, to financing to delivery took 36 hours. Everything except test drive and delivery was done over email and phone.

I bought my car at Audi Fairfield but I live in Danbury so I typically go to Audi Danbury for service out of convenience. NOT ANYMORE! Audi Danbury is the worse - Audi Fairfield provides much better service, they greet me, they actually explain in detail the service work that they performed and they are honest. I will be going out of my way just because the service is that much better in Fairfield.
