This was the first time I had ever used a moving service and didn't know what to expect. The day of the move it was pouring rain and the movers were 2.5 hours late, on top of that, the previous reviews for this company did not put me at ease. However, when I phoned to see what was going on, Mike, was very good at communicating with my movers and providing me with updates until they arrived. When the movers finally arrived I found out that they had just completed 2 jobs in the pouring rain so being late was completely understandable (at least for me). Once the movers got started, they really hustled to get everything moved out quickly; they were very efficient but still very careful with my stuff. The rate I was quoted was spot on too. Overall, I am pretty happy with the service I received. I think this company really took the feedback from the previous negative reviews and have really stepped up their business and it seems like they are on the right track to being a highly reputable business. Thank you!

I used these guys recently to move into my new place. They were SO fast and their rates were great!!! They were careful with all of my stuff! I had such a great experience I would never use another moving company!

Everyone I dealt with was very professional and courteous. The movers helped me pack and move everything into storage until I was able to move into my new place. Very happy with their service.

I wish you had the option to give them a zero, these movers have got to be the worst. There is no communication, nobody replies to emails for weeks or picks up the phone. When emailing for payment confirmation and inquiries you get replies saying no worries. There are many hidden costs. I was not able to get my microwave out of storage without paying $300 charge. They love to take your money. They ask you to pay $350 cash before they take the stuff off there truck. My table came back cracked but they already took the money and now I'm not going to get any responses. The sad part is even there workers will agree that they conduct there business the wrong way. Save yourself the headache and extra money.

If I could give galaxy moving & storage 0 stars, I would. Please never give your money to these people. I wish I had done more research before I made the decision to give galaxy moving & storage/quick & careful moving a call. I decided to give these guys a shot because I needed to have our furniture picked up on one day, stored, then redelivered three days later. The pick up wasn't too bad, as they only broke one thing, an electric heater. The redelivery/storage was much worse. The movers damaged our sofa, completely ruined our coffee table, scuffed up our walls and banged up a computer chair. They noticed that our sofa was damaged so they took pictures and told us that they would give us a call the following Monday. Lie. After days of waiting, we called them back, multiple times. Never heard back from them. We decided to try and reach quick and careful as they told us that they were "the same company" and that one handled storage, and the other moving (or something to that effect). We were told to email them, and we did. Once again, we hear nothing back. When we were lucky enough to reach someone, they said "I'm so sorry, we'll email you immediately". Another lie. I decided to call once again, and this time, try to reach a manager/supervisor. The guy that answered said he was one, and when I told him my problem, he told me to email a completely different email than the one I was previously given. So once again, like an idiot, I try to get some sort of response to no avail. It is clear to me that these guys are a bunch of unprofessional, money hungry liars, who will avoid you at all costs if you try to get some sort of reimbursement from them (due to their terrible quality services). TL;DR - They will take your money, damage your things, then avoid you at all costs so they don't have to correct their mistakes.
