Great local gym that has out lived many other previous gyms for 30 plus years,lots of equipment and free weights, which is great for hardcore or just a beginner.

Good variety of free weights upstairs and machines on the main floor.  Not too many lockers available for day use though.  They all seem to have locks on them...

Good for most people. Not really for serious lifters. You can't deadlift without pads on the ground and there's no chalk allowed. That being said, it is still a positive environment with a solid range of equipment and the 24/7 access is an amazing perk.
