Cheryl Smith-Interisano and Aynsley Smith have been licensed Opticians for over 25 years. Along with their sister Adrienne Smith to complete their team, Smith Optical is one of the leading vision and hearing care providers in the Niagara region. Continuing in the family tradition set by their grandfather at Walter J. Smith Ltd, Vincent Smith and his daughters continue to keep the Smith name associated with quality and excellent service.



"Smith Optical Vision & Hearing Care is a family owned business since 1993. We offer eye exams, hearing testing and contact lens fittings. Our Optometrist is knowledgeable in eye disease like cataracts, glaucoma, dry eye and pediatrics. She takes her time in giving a thorough exam concentrating not only on the prescription but the ocular health of her patients. The Hearing Instrument Specialist is patient and caring of her patients hearing needs, she will be sure to recommend the best hearing aid for each individuals needs. Contact Lenses are fit by a certified contact lens fitter who is knowledgeable in multifocal, toric and gas permeable lenses. The best optical place ever!! I have been going here since I first needed glasses. I always found prices fair and they always promote deals to get you the best value.They always give exceptional service and I have always been extremely satisfied with my glasses and contacts.
This is far the best place to get your eye test and glasses. Very clean and professional. Covid rules followed to a "T". They are very friendly and helpful. My eye test was easy, and she explained every question I asked in a language I can understand. When picking out my glasses she was very patient and worked with me until I chose the glasses I wanted. When picking up my glasses the process was fast, and they made sure I was happy before I left. If I can add more stars to the rating I would. Thanks again for helping and being patient with me.
Always helpful in choosing my glasses and for eye exams, lots of varieties and if they don't have it they will order it for you.
I love this place. My family has been customers of Smith optical for over 40 years. My parents and now my own family would go nowhere else for our glasses. The customer service is exemplary. They are very professional and welcoming. At anytime I can go in with any problem at all and they take care of it. They listen to what you want in your glasses and work towards getting that for you. I have never had any problems with the quality of my glasses. I have recommended them to all my friends that wear glasses and will continue to do so. You should go there, they will take good care of your needs too.
Just picked up our glasses today and they are perfect! They took the time to fit us perfectly and explained the difference in the type of lenses etc. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Couldn't be happier! Shop local!! Wish we had gone to them sooner!

There have been times when we have had to pop in for a quick adjustment to our glasses and the girls have always more then happy to help us. The staff at Smith Optical are absolutely amazing! They take their time with each customer to ensure they are well educated and completely satisfied. I have moved away from the area but will continue to come back to Smith Optical as they have always treated my whole family and I with kindness and respect. Asking someone who leaves work early and drives 1.5hours to reschedule because your next appointment showed up 10 minutes early is probably the most unprofessional thing I've ever seen in 31 years of needing eye care. I guess I'll go back to Saint Catharines for both pairs of glasses for my daughter and myself.
