Excellent rec center. Two ice pads lots of gym spaces and a huge pool. The arenas are laid out simple and easy to navigate around. There's a subway inside the arena for easy lunches and meals.

Multi ice pad, multi pool and general health and wellness centre. Very nice walking/jogging track. Small snack bar. Can sign up for various fitness classes. Can rent meeting rooms. Lots of free onsite parking.

Took the desk staff members a while to warm up to me, but when you regularly go for 4-8 months straight they get really nice. The pool and lifeguards are great tho.

It's a hockey rink disguesed as a health center. Great hockey rink.
