23.5 years ago was my first date with my wife at Full Sail. She drank dark beer. I knew she was a keeper. Speaking of keeper, I hope they keep the fish salmon and chips. I love their tartar sauce. The caprese sandwich is a great selection for those who need a vegan or vegetarian option. Full Sail is a great spot when you are at the windsurfing capitol of the world! Enjoy.
Great food to complement the beers. Wish we had time to go on the brewery tour. Salmon fish and chips was very good and quite a portion of excellent fries. The beer Mac and cheese was great as well. Can't wait to try other items next time.
First off the waitress was rude. Laurel. She was slightly off putting at first, just generally strangely short. Not enough to care but enough to feel unsettled. I ordered chicken wings. They took a while so I asked her how they were coming along. She was short with me rather than accommodating. Second off the wings came with weird bits. Please see the photo. It was weird. Like ima garbage disposal? I eat weird chicken bits? It wasn’t even wings it was like wing parts. Like the parts. It wasn’t even one bit. It was several bits with one even placed on top as if to say “I hate my job take this stupid customer”. I asked about it and she said I don’t deal with the wings. You’re the waitress you deal with me and you deal with what I get from the kitchen. Your entire job hangs on the 20 feet that separates me from the deep fryers. Rude. It was weird. She did ask if we wanted drinks but in a way that was like we were not on good terms. If we were bugs I am 95% sure she would have stepped on us. As someone who worked as a waiter I can say she is baaaad for the profession. Find another way to make money. You’re ruining it for the rest of the profession. Go wash dishes. Saison was good.
I had an excellent beer and cheeseburger after a day of windsurfing with my buddy. The service was great, and the atmosphere looked amazing over the Columbia Gorge.
Ladies lunch! We had friend pickles for an appetizers, and they were bomb with the Chipotle aoili! Highly recommended. I had the tuna wrap, it was a little light on the tuna for my preference. My friend loved the beer cheese soup and burger with caramelized onions. We liked all our food. Beautiful views, friendly, quick service.
