Fuji Bakery

What a great bakery! The staff is super friendly and they have good coffee. We got their 2 top sellers the Crunchy Cream and Beef Curry. The Crunchy Cream has a wonderful crunch to it, topped with some corn flakes? Inside is a rich custard that's not too sweet. The Beef Curry had a wonderful bite to the bread and the inside filling was fill of flavor. I highly recommend both!

This place is awesome in many ways. They have the most friendly and nice staff, fresh, delicious and fresh baked goods. No need to say Crunchy cream is the most famous but try other stuff, everything is so good! Since it is so good and famous i expected the prices will more higher that they actually are. Highly recommended but keep in mind that they very limited sitting area.

You should visit here they provide drinks and delicious bread with good quality and reasonable price!! Even they open the shop from 8 AM. you can enjoy bread and pie with hot coffee in the early morning. I was happy with green tea and chocolate croissants and melon pan.

I came to Seattle just for work over the weekend. Walked by here and decided to stop in and get breakfast. The curry bun was the best I've had outside of Japan, so I came back and got a few more for lunch.

Fuji bakery is one of the best bakeries in Seattle, located down King street, in the International District. The offerings include sweet and savory pastries, hand made with care, and attention to detail. This is a great way to explore the ID, walking distance from buses and the light rail.
